Print-on-demand notice

All our products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged product or an item affected by a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund (in store credits) — your choice. To be eligible, you must contact us within 25 days of delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue. You are not required to return the item. 

Multiple affected items

If an issue affects more than one product from the same order, please include a single photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame. This helps us process your claim faster.

Unsuccessful delivery

If your order could not be delivered, you may choose between a reprint (subject to a re-shipping fee) or a partial refund. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Print placement tolerance

For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed items, a tolerance of up to 0.5 inches in print placement is considered within normal production standards and will not be treated as a defect.
